National Tire and Battery - Ball Joint Failure in less than 10,000 Miles
On May 2 2012 I had $1,933.00 of work done on my 1999 Chevrolet Blazer I had 135214 Miles on it I needed all 4 ball joints replaced less than 4,000 miles 1 broke so they replaced it free of all charges Now car has 145450 Miles and all 4 was not only just bad but bolts have fallen out making the car dangerous to drive so I took it back and they were willing replace ball joints again but a high labor fee so I took car to a local owned shop. Now I do Not drive off road or hit pot holes and car is lubed every 3,000 miles So why after the OEM ball joints that are not lubed last over 100,000 miles and the replacements barely made 10,000
Monetary Loss: $850.
