Went to purchase 4 tires on sale at the Turnersville N.J. location. i was shocked to find out they wanted over $400.00 for the tires! The sale said "Buy 2Tires Get 2 Free!" I told the manager I only wanted One tire. He charged me $83.17 for one P185-70R14! The most common tire in the world on many Toyotas and Hondas! Anyway I purchased 1 tire and left displeased. About 2 weeks later I purchased 2 tires from Sears and got an alignment for $200.00! That is only $50.00 per tire! My friend calls me to help with his Honda Accord. Seems a rabbit chewed on his Rack and Pinion steering hose! I needed something to stand on and found a razor blade cut in my new NTW Tire! It was almost all the was around mid tread! It was on my car for 2 weeks and Sears put it in my trunk for my spare tire! Seems the manager or his mechanic cut my tire because I complained about his "Bait And Switch" price of $400.00 for two tires! I called their headquarters in Florida and they put $65.00 back on my Debit Card! I reported them to the B.B.B. Nothing was done! I am still out $20.00 for a damaged tire!

I took my vehicle to your store in Bedford, Ohio for an oil change which included a tire rotation well not only were the tires not rotated the oil wasnt changed as well I took a sample of the old oil from my vehicle and in fact it was old dirty oil that was drained from the oil pan

Horrible service at West street Annapolis location

Called Monday afternoon and said that I needed an oil change and asked what time the shop opened on Tues.He said 7am and I said I would see him then.Went in next day at 7 and the same .guy says I need to leave the car for the day because he was short three guy.I replied that I lived 18 miles away and it would have been appreciated it if he had mentionedC that the previous afternoon.I decided to make an appointment for Thursday at 9.Come in at 9 and a different guy says I have to leave the car.I responded that I had an appointment and I want my oil changed promptly.He said there were many appointments ahead of me(bs) and he was short because three guys were out sick.18 miles each way 4 times for disingenuous babble from pathetic employees.The district manager should be jettisoned for overseeing this dump and not getting different stores' employees to help.After 45 years in retail I will write my first letter to the Better Business Bureau.It will not be as civil as this one and !'m sure it will have plenty of company in the NTB file!

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am today. For a tire swap on 3 wheels. The girl quoted me about $33.00. So my wife takes her car up there with the 3 wheels to swap the tires onto hers. 2 pm and she is just now leaving. And if that alone wasn't bad enough, when she checks out the store manager says the girl quoted me wrong. No explanation other than "we're busy" for the 4 hr visit and charges my wife double what I was quoted. *** poor at best. Unfortunately there is no option for no stars. ...aannnnd fast forward several hours later, my wife comes home with the wheels in the back of her car for me to put back on our other car, I put the first one on, lower the car and it looks a bit low. I go get the other two from the car and notice the valve caps missing. Look again and not only are the caps missing, the valve stems are also gone!!! Who does this!?! How is this acceptable?

I took my 2012 Cadillac Escalade (Customer #1538****) to the NTB shop (#8757) on 12/29/18 to have both front struts replaced. I received the vehicle on 1/4/19 assuming the service I paid for was rendered. Approximately 2 weeks ago I took my vehicle to another auto shop to have the rear air shocks replaced upon the mechanic inspecting the vehicle, I was then informed that I had only 1 new strut, and the other strut is in fact the original strut on the SUV. This type of practice is at minimum fraudulent and I request reimbursement for the new strut, labor, taxes etc. that I did not receive.

I dropped my truck 3 times to get aligned at the Alton IL. store and they still couldnt get it done. They actually that they could do it if I dropped it off for the 4th time though. RiIiight... Now it pulls to right and the frontend pops. I guess they didnt tighten something back up... Im taking my truck to a real shop now...

Defective Tires Reimbursement

04/11/2020 Good evening dear, I made a trip from Miami to Charleston and 3 of my tires went damaged. I spoke to HANKOOK by phone and they told me to visit any of their suppliers to get my 3 defective tires replaced with a following refund once they received everything they needed from NTB. The same day I went to NTB "national tire &;;;;; battery" 1905 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC 29407. I paid in full the amount of $993.74 it's 07/30/20 and I still haven't received the reinbursement. HANKOOK said they never received the report and proof of inspections because NTB didn't do the proper inspection, pictures etc. I have the receipt and proof that my tires were defective, I need an urgent resolution to this matter please. Turn down my personal check

Terrible time over 2 hrs, refused my personal check, said check register indicated no way to accept the check, no manager to help me , calked Chase in the neighborhood, said over $40 thousand in account, person heard clearly working for them.
