Screwed up my tires with an alignment and not aligned

Took my car for a alignment and it was aligned but 2 weeks later it isnt. And my tires have been worn very bad on the inside.

User's recommendation: Just check everything apparently you have to now a days.

Attitude and discouraging behavior when return fir rotation of tires and air preesure. They are amiable when I was purcasing the tires. Poor fellows

Poor misconduct, lethargic manner. I don't think they are paid well to serve the customers.

Need to see what happened to my car

I took my car to ntb for simple tires and they said it needed this and that ,oh go ahead fix it so I pay 1400 and my car still not driving correctly I call store manager Christa she recommended me to the brother store in humble ok I go there just to pay another 300 my car still not right and driving worst because they showed me where the first store didn't do axle right so I had axle grease everywhere under hood, no they saying I have transmission problems which I never had so assuming the axle grease my car to worsen please help I'm not out of 1600 and a car

Poor service

The service st your stores is terrible. Over the last year Ive made several appointments at one of your stores and something has always come up where you didnt remember my appointment or no mechanic came to work or the person I spoke to on the phone wouldnt help. I had an appointment this morning to have shocks and struts replaced on my vehicle. Your mechanic didnt show up to work. I had to take a day off work to get this work done and got screwed by NTB again. Ive had my vehicles work on by NTB for a number of years but now I have to find another place to get my vehicle work done. Im tired of being jerked around by NTB employees. What a poor way to run a business. YOUVE LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER.

Complaint on tire installation

My son dropped his car off to have all 4 tires replaced and as he was driving off, one of the tires flew off. The car was towed back to NTB and the staff &and the manager all seemed to think it was a big joke. Acting unprofessional, laughing saying my bad we forgot to tighten the lug nuts. My son informed the staff that his brake rotor was bent and the manager Calvin stated that I can just go and get you some parts at NAPA auto parts. My son said no, I want you to fix my car properly, be reimbursed and talk to the district manager. They stated we cant give out the number to the district manager; so well have him call you. The district manager Mr. Arias called my son and said his claim was being turned over to a insurance adjuster Joey Sedgwick. Mr. Sedgewick called my son and was highly unprofessional, rude, yelling at my son and hung up the phone on him. The next day, my sons car would not start and was towed to the Kohls Ford in Woodbridge, Virginia. Weve had no correspondence from NTB at all.

UNACCEPTABLE , RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Returned here today after buying tires, an alignment wheel balance oil and filter replacement. Unfortunately, neither Gabriel nor Jordan were there. Ended up speaking to that RUDE P.O.S. Stephan, who ALWAYS has an ATTITUDE PROBLEM! Tried having new wheel covers installed. That *** WANTED $20.REALLY ? Up until Today, I HAD been a Customer since about *** 1962.*** THANKS to YOU, *** I WILL be doing my Business with either, Goodyear or Firestone. THEY BOTH KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR Customers.

Paying another company to solve issue

Paid for over $2200 of work on 2004 GMC Envoy. Two days later the new tire rod popped loose. Had to get vehicle towed. Vehicle was taken back to the shop 3 times for issues from the work conducting (loose steering, clicking in tire & clanking noise). Shop reported nothing (noise was there when I road w/mechanic). Now the vehicle is at another shop for the same work. NTB Todd's Lane, Hampton, Va is the worst. NTB is the worst. Telephone numbers posted has dropped the call 5 times.

All 4 of the wheels on my vehicle were damaged when the wheels were being balanced. The wheels were not scratched in any way before they were removed and reinstalled. The manager at first was he will call the district manager to get an authorization to repair them, then he came back and said that there was no way they could have done it. I just want them to either repair or replace the wheels.

Went to get both calipers changed on a truck on a Saturday. Picked up the vehicle to buy rotors and have somebody put them on because their prices were ridiculously high. Only to find out that NTB tech did not replace the boot which is part of changing the caliper....

Dangerous and Felonious Encounter

I sent my to have new tires put on my vehicle. The NTB in Janesville Wi put the new tires on my old wheels, (which were in the hatch of my vehicle,) not on the aftermarket chrome wheels that obviously were to have new tires installed. Then proceeded to let my wife drive down the interstate back to my home, 50 miles away with the stripped out locking lug nuts that are designed for aftermarket chrome wheels. A five year old child would have known that this is dangerous, and by doing this negligent act, a crime had been committed. We have laws in this country designed to protect us from the stupidity of not only ourselves, but of businesses engaged in auto repairs that could potentially harm us. Frankly, I'm surprised she's alive! The person putting the wheels on should have noticed a 1/4" gap between the wheel and the lug nut at the very least. Now I have brand new tires on old rimsthat the moron put on with an impact......nice work. At the very least someone should lose their job for this. I'd like to see them in handcuffs.

My engine blew up right after having my oil changed there on my 2018 KIA. Nothing wrong with the car prior to taking it there for an oil change.

They tried to insinuate that it was my fault for driving it away. I'm contacting my lawyer now.

Bad Service

I called NTB at 8:11 AM on 6/22/2022 spoke with Trina Eakins over the phone to check if they had tires available for my car. She advised me they had the tires I needed. I informed her my car would be a tow in, she said thats fine just make sure the truck driver had my information with them. She didnt ask for any of my information to put me down for an appointment. My vehicle arrived at the NTB located: 3144 S. Kingshighway Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63139, 3147 73**** around 11 AM. I came separately about five minutes after, the tow truck driver was still in the parking lot when I arrived. I spoke with Yvonne, the service representative at the counter who had my key and document I sent with the tow truck driver with her already. She did not have an estimated completion time for my tire replacement and advised itll be best to drop off the vehicle. I confirmed with her that the store closed at 6 pm and left a good contact number to be reached. A call was made to the store around 1 PM to check on my vehicle status, then again around to 2 ish, the person could not confirm my vehicle or status and was placed on a long hold. Third call made to the store at 4:25 PM. I spoke with a woman who advised my car was ready I said are you sure because I have not received a call, the woman asked me to verify my car again asked if I got my brakes changed? I said no, tire replacements and was placed back hold. She came back to the phone and said my car was ready. I arrived at the store around 4:45 PM to pick up my car instead found my car sitting in the same parking space with the same flat tire. Trina Eakins was at the counter at this time. To make a long story short, she gave every excuse she could think of regarding the issue did not address or properly handle my valid concern, complaint, and dilemma I was placed in. She called Treyvon to the front from the back of the shop and asked about my car. He said they did not have a service order on my vehicle and saw it sitting there all day. They finally found my service order with my key and stated Yvonne placed it in the back on the set a tires. I advised despite all of their miscommunication and disorganization I called the store prior to arriving and was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I asked for the store manager and to my surprise I was dealing directly with her, Trina Eakins. It was awful experience horrible customer service from your companys leader! She was unprofessional, vented to the other customers about the situation in the waiting room, making a scene by being hostile, aggressive, confrontational, dismissive, yelled as she walked away from me that she was going to get me out of there as a threat to have me removed from the premises. She did everything but her job! There was a lack of empathy and accountability the entire interaction I had to have with her. She referred to me as that girl and that lady, not by my first or last name or even as a customer. I was not treated as a valued customer or respected as a person by her. She refused to provide me the district managers information when I asked several times. Finally, I spoke with him Dave Johnson who listened and advised he would follow up with Trina to see what they can do. When I spoke back with Trina for the conclusion she said the district manager left it up to her to make a judgment. Why? No apology, no discount can accommodate the experience and I and my family had to go through, on top of having to wait 2 more hours on my vehicle after it sat there for nearly 6 hours, having to leave work and held up at NTB putting my job at jeopardy, taking time out to write this. Its clear shes inexperienced and not fit to fulfill the role of a store manager. Its even worse if you allow someone to be in a position as the face of the company who does not uphold your values in providing hassle free service and customer service.

Terrible and unsatisfactory service

I submitted my complaint via of your survey and absolutely nothing was resolved. Not even a phone call. Date of Service 05/04/2020 work order # 400037****22 store address 8423 Central Avenue, Capitol Heights 20743-**** Kevin Williams, Store Manager 301-350-****. Amount of Sale =$657.28 credit card #601154xxxxxxx4106. Kevin is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Yes, we engaged in a shouting match and once we both said things that we probably shouldn't have, we moved on and I authorized 4 new tires and an oil change. Mr Williams claimed that he was selling me 4 tires for the price of 3 and of course that is reflected in the invoice. However, after further examination (I have been ill for almost 4 weeks) and I am asking that the labor charge of $221.95 be deducted from bill since it was inclusive in the price of the tires and oil change. Please review and reach out to me with the results of your review and investigation. I've purchased tires in the past and there was never a separate labor fee for that service. I feel that Mr. Williams was deceptive. He also told me daughter and son-in law that the car would be ready at 1:00pm. They bought the car in around 9:30am. When they returned that had no even started on the car. To say that I am "PISSED" would be an understatement. I am "MAD AS HELL"
