The staff is friendly when everything goes well until it didnt. Went in today because the manager needed me to bring a receipt for something they needed to refund me 2 weeks ago.
The manager said it was her first day and acknowledged that I was told the employee dealing with my situation was fired, but guess what, he was working there when I came in. They tried their best to be professional but dropped the ball. They installed the wrong tires on my vehicle, brought it back to them the next day because my vehicle is AWD and lights on my dash were on. They admitted fault and said someone would call but never did.
Whats did this new supervisor say "well I see here that they replaced the tires. This was not my issue, the issue was, they owed me money for bringing it to Subaru for inspection and said someone would call me in a few days. Well no one called! The supervisor, who was on her first day was a POS and asked me to bring in a receipt.
This is the same receipt the guy working there, who I was told by another employee, who also confirmed what he said was fired". Yes they gave me my refund but that is all they cared about and just wanted me out of there when I was addressing their lies and unprofessionalism. Nice work NTB. You truly hire top of the line employees.
The manager wouldnt address the fact that the alleged employee that was fire was literally still there in the shop working ok cars! Did I get my money back, yes, was all this handled professionally, absolutely NOT!

I had an 8 oclock appointment. I was the very first one there.
Took them two hours to change my tires. The man working on my truck stood around and talked for an hour and 15 minutes. I was there the whole time. When it came time to check out, I paid my ticket.
I asked them about the warranty on the tires. He said he was sorry he shouldve asked me. Did I want one before I paid.
He could not go back and offer me road. The store in Hammond, Louisiana is horrible.

Install of Four New Michelin Tires
I called NTB and spoke with the call center. They gave me the "out the door" price which was supposed to include a "memorial day" special discount that I was told they would honor.
I bought four new Michelin Defender 2 tires, balanced & aligned. The NTB Dealership 2075 Hwy 501, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 had no clue what this special discount was that I was told I would receive, therefore was not included. I was told that they run so many specials it is impossible to keep up with so they didn't know what I was talking about.
On my ride home, the low tire pressure indicator light came on. I pulled over to check to see if any of the tires were low on air.
I didn't know if a air pressure sensor was damaged or maybe a defective valve stem core. I didn't see any obvious issues. When I got home, I noticed that one valve stem cap was missing and the other three were all different. One was black, one was grey and was was green (used when nitrogen is used to fill tires).
I checked all four tires for air pressure. Each tire had a wide range of pressure. One tire had 32 psi, another tire had 46 psi, another tire had 37 psi and one tire had 51 psi. This can cause uneven tire wear, slippage and handing issues.
I put these tires on my daughters car to keep her safe while driving. Now I question the accuracy of the alignment that I also purchased.
This is unacceptable customer service and very poor quality of service. I called the NTB location above to let them know about this situation and was told, "I am sorry that happened, I'll have to go check to see if the air compressor is calibrated correctly!" Are you serious? Do they really believe I am that gullible?
Apparently they don't have a standard air gauge at this TIRE shop? That is one of the worst excuses for poor customer service that I have ever heard!

Bad experience with the service
Called the service office at 410-635-**** at 11 am today to check if they can fix a flat tire for my Honda Pilot. They made an appointment at 3 pm for the same-day service for my car after they confirmed that they were able to perform this work.
I drove my car to this service shop after re-inflated the flat tire and left it there at 2:50 for both tire repair and at the same time for an oil change as well. Finally and unfortunately, they only did the oil change of my car and told me that they couldn't perform the tire repair because they don't have the wheel key for my car.
At last, I had to pay the service charge for the oil change and drive my car back home with the punctuated tire none-repaired, although the tire repair is the major purpose for me to come to this shop of NTB. I personally don't think this is ann honest and professional service.

Gr 3 interactions with this store, first Toyota tundra 2022 came for oil change took over an hour and a half technician stripped lug nuts using wrong socket and tried to say lug nut expanded and cap came off because it was old, I didnt complain just smiled and laughed on the way home. Next interaction roughy f250 with oil change light on took an hour and a half to tell me it wasnt approved, not a big deal but thought that was alittle long to find out but didnt bother anyone about it.
Finally today went for oil change same truck called ahead to make sure oil change could be done, got approved in 10-15 minutes, amazing, then get there10:10 no car ahead drop off go to Home Depot walk around for an hour. I head back truck is in the bay technician comes in I hear him tell register attendant that they dont have enough oil at the shop to fill it, they say nothing to me, I have to go up and ask what is going on. Lady says they are ordering it and it will be here soon, 25-30 min later guy comes in with oil I wouldnt put in any truck, its not mine so I dont say anything, 15 minutes later guy comes out with my keys. I walk up after lady calls me over and I said how every yime I come here there is some issue but I get no response, walk outside manager is standing next to an employee and he says some I dont really hear but it seems to be a smart comment about how it finally got done, so I step back from my truck and say I cant believe that an oil change place can run out of oil and mess up take long and its ok.
He says have a nice day and turns his back I leave. 3 hours later I get a call for on my company with the threat of my job and lies about me screaming in the store because he didnt like to be criticized or poor work ethic and bad service. Most of my fellow employees have had bad service and long waits at this location in Alvin Texas and Im am very upset he chose to complain to my boss rather than improve his service and basic business practices. How does an oil change place not have oil?
Also I was given no receipt so I will add pick of bar code on my rental vehicle. K would like a follow up from some at corporate,thanks

I contacted the Aiken store to fix the issue with my brakes on 424 truck was supposed to be ready at 1 PM. I get here at 1 o'clock the truck is not ready I wait around till 430 then they break something on the truck tell him I'll be back the next day around noon to pick it up. I show app the truck is still not ready then I got excuse after excuse of why it's not ready I should have been your number one priority because you broke at the day before and it should have been fixed by the time I got here it's p*** poor customer service and it's a p*** poor run organization

We brought our car in for service approximately 1/22/24 because of lack of power and slow to accelerate. The service department diagnosed the problem to be multiple things contributed to this and the bill for repairs for everything was $5,333.74.
This was paid on 2/1/24 when we picked up the car "repaired". We had the car that evening from 6pm until 2 days later with the original problem still being present. We brought the car back to the store on 2/3/24 to tell that the car has not been repaired. The store has had the car since this date.
We have been told that it "could" be a transmission issue. The store still has not repaired this and we are needing to find out why after 3 months we still don't have the car repaired. We paid the money needed and want it covered under warranty. The store said it was repaired but was not.
I was told by service dept.
that they could replace the transmission for another $5,000. I do not believe we owe anything, please repair under warranty.

Worst experience I ever had. Ive been there before never had this happen.
The people that work there are uncompetitive and they knew what I was working with.
Last-minute knew I had to be at work, threw me in a rental which through my bank account into the negative, and it was all bad on top of that he replaced my struts to find out my front struts need replaced to went to mechanic and they dont have to be Charged me way more and lied to me the whole process that took over three hours and I ended up leaving a rental car that I couldnt afford totally unacceptable poor business employees just like to stand around and work on other peoples vehicles and whats really concerning is three out of the five customers that came in while I was there were complaining about work. They already had done that they had to get redone .

Pissed OFF
Took 4 tires for mounting , Needed front end alignment ,supposed to have had 9:00am appointment . At 12:30 manager says as soon as alignment is done it will be ready.
since the truck was pulled in the bay at 10:00am and it took until 12:30 pm to mount 4 tires , 2 1/2 hour to mount 4 tires . Alignment was done in 30 minutes which is acceptable .
Talk about PISSED OFF, 4 hours WTF ?? Last trip ever to NTB and KMA !!
Defective tires
Hey, I just recently bought tires from you guys in January and I only put 6000 miles on the tires and now I need new set of tires. The tires mileage is supposed to last me to 40,000.
So Im not understanding how I need new tires already? Since I didnt put Insurance on the tires, the store isnt going to replace the tires.

I had my car in for 2 new tires and warned the manager about using the lift on the car. There is damage to the body of the car where it was sitting on the lift and not on the frame. I know it happened there because the same damage was repaired by the previous owner.
