Today, your company implemented the true meaning of customer service, and after waiting for three hours, I was told that the service I wanted was not available in the company, and interestingly, I had not only made an appointment for today, Saturday, November 25, but also received a phone call the previous days. I had taken and explained the service I wanted, after visiting and bringing the car at 10:00 in the morning and the initial visit by the technician and recording the mileage, I was told that it would be ready between 11:30 and 12, and of course I would call if it was ready.
but no call was received, after visiting at 1:00 pm and following up on the condition of my car, I just realized that nothing was done, I emphasize again that nothing was done. That is, if I did not refer myself, no one would follow up at all. What does customer service mean?
Customer satisfaction ? These are nothing more than fantasies.
