Your Colonial Heights store charged me for disposal of tires that were picked up by my family member. They charged me for balancing tires which was done wrong.

They charged me for alignment which was done wrong. I would recommend your Chesterfield business in a minute.

I would not have your Colonial Heights business work on my lawn mower tire. That location really gives your company a bad name.

,Very good,ntb call me on sunday morning. I told them, i could not come in till thursday. They said they would have a ticket ready for me.thay said thay would replace the tire.I will have have to wait till thursday.

Poor customer service and no body talk about the problem to solve it and its the first time Ive had this issue so for me its very frustrating and unprofessional treatment I experienced so I will not come back and will not recommend to anyone

Treated of Jesus crap threaten by manage and was told a pre-inspection is illegal when it is not and he threaten to call the cops when I tried to explain unless I give documents doing a pre-inspection to see if anything is wrong is NOT illegal I will never refer anyone to NTB

NTB customer service didn’t answer. I called a second time and an answering service gave out an automated message and immediately disconnected the call. My opinion, they have “no” customer service.

They failed to shut off the air ride on my Porsche before putting it on the lift. They admitted to this when I picked up the car. Now all the bags are damaged. This was the second car they have ruined of mine. They caused a lot of issues with a rare Audi I had taken in the past. I thought they’d be able to handle doing just tires on the Porsche but I was wrong and now I can’t get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue.

I never got in contact with customer service representative but I called the store . I asked to speak to a manager . I spoke with the service manager Stephen Crawford. He was great, wonderful customer service friendly good communication skills . He made me forget all about the problem . I recommend NTB just because of him . If I owned a business I would try to hire him. He handled the situation very professionally. 5 out of 5 Keep up the good work Stephen!!!
