do NOT got to National Tire and Battery if you are a female and over the age of 60!! They will try to frighten you into purchasing unnecessary repairs totaling over $1200.00 for an item that they KNOW FULL WELL is being fixed by the dealership (GM) for FREE.

I guess maybe if I had been a MAN I would have been dealt with, with maybe a slight bit of honesty OR if I had been a young chippy that one of the mechanics might have found "interesting" they would have offered to do the repair for free. But since I was NOT - they tried to frighten me into a repair that would have cost over 1000.00!! Of course when I contacted their headquarters, they denied the whole thing - the mechanics lied and their headquarters will swear to it.

They even lied to the better business bureau when I reported them. BUT they messed with the wrong old lady!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: National Tire And Battery Car Repair.

Reason of review: plus 2 days lost from work.

Monetary Loss: $240.

Preferred solution: pay me for the two days I lost from work because your mechanics were NOT honest with me.

I didn't like: Poor customer service - trying to defraud a senior woman.
