I had an oil change at NTB and they didn't put enough oil back in and my engine seized up. 25oo dollars and 2 months later they have yet to reimburse me.

Now they won't even return my calls. I have submitted all receipts and mileage as they have asked and now no communication. I am calling everyday and they transfer me around. The people that I was dealing with just go to voicemail and don't call back.

I called customer relations today and found out that the store manager and the district manager have filed nothing with the corporate office. I was able to get the nice lady in customer relations to get the ball going.

Review about: National Tire And Battery Oil Change.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Reimburse me for my engine replacement.
