I had an oil change at NTB and they didn't put enough oil back in and my engine seized up.25oo dollars and 2 months later they have yet to reimburse me.

Now they won't even return my calls. I have submitted all receipts and mileage as they have asked and now no communication. I am calling everyday and they transfer me around. The people that I was dealing with just go to voicemail and don't call back.

I called customer relations today and found out that the store manager and the district manager have filed nothing with the corporate office.I was able to get the nice lady in customer relations to get the ball going.

Review about: National Tire And Battery Oil Change.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Reimburse me for my engine replacement.
