I had an appointment for today at 9am to get brakes done and i was waiting at the shop until they're done...well it's now 5pm and when i ask what's taking so long. They are just now telling me that they ordered the wrong size rotors and had to go back and get the right sized rotors. I believe they should've had enough courtesy to tell me that so i wouldn't have to sit here for more than 8 hours for brakes on a honda accord.

User's recommendation: Drop your car off, don't wait for it you'll be there 8 hours or more. Personally the sales person was perfect and courteous, but I'm not sure about the mechanics a brake job does not take 8 hours.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Car repaired
Not sure why. Car started shaking a few months ago when pressing on brakes. And going over 45. No way can rotors have wear and tear on them that fast and I dont even drive.
Ok went to see why. Instead they fixed the back brakes. Charged me. Ok.
Not the problem. Service guy told me to come back rotate the brakes no charge for free and that should help. No problem. When I go in the lady looked at me like I was lying and wrong.
Saying I will be charged again. First no way can new rotors be messed up. Worked was done and thats the problem. Then I am going to be charged again for something else.
NOPE . I dont know if the rotors was bad when they put them on. I dont even drive that much. I dont slam on brakes.
I dont even go over 50mph. I barely get on the hwy. anyway no way rotors are going to go bad that fast. have my paperwork.
I dont know. Will never come back to NTB NEVER TO BE BACK

Three days ago, I visited the NTB branch on Britton Parkway in Ohio to have an alignment done. Upon completion, I inquired about the cost of resurfacing four rotors.
The individual at the front desk initially quoted me $174 plus tax after performing calculations. Today, at 11:15, when I returned to have the service done, I encountered the same employee along with another person at the front desk. After explaining what I needed, I was informed that the cost would be $206 plus tax. I agreed to proceed, but then the employee recalculated and stated that the total would now be $500.
Shocked by the drastic increase, I expressed my confusion and reminded him that I was previously quoted $174. The employee responded rudely, questioning my sanity. Despite his demeanor, I remained composed, retrieved my keys, and left the establishment.
I am reaching out because although I know NTB to be a reputable company, the behavior of the individuals at the front desk today was disrespectful and reflects poorly on the company's reputation. Please address this matter promptly.

I go to the Culpeper Virginia store to get my brakes done and no soon as I leave my brakes begin to squeak. I was thinking that maybe it's just got to work itself out but here it is.
Current day today is Monday April the 1st.. I don't know what exactly they did but now my back rotors need to be replaced and the brakes are all still squeaking. I've tried to contact customer service only to be sent to a store in Ohio to talk with one of the managers who was very helpful..
I just want what I paid for but overall the people at the Culpeper store were very polite, kind and helpful... But my recommendation to any mechanic that has to deal with someone with break issues is not to tell them to drive down the road, doing anywhere from 55 to 60 mph and slamming on brakes to clear up any squeaking sounds..
Preferred solution: Proper work done on my car .. and hopefully new back rotors ..

NTB KNOWINGLY PUT DEFECTIVE BRAKE PARTS ON MY VEHICLE & ADMITTED IT TO ME ! I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK 3 TIMES BUT IT WASNT UNTIL I THREATENED TO GO PUBLIC THAT THEY CHANGED ONLY THE BACK BRAKE PADS THEN THE FRONT ROTORS HAD AN ISSUE & THEY ADMITTED THEY RECEIVED DEFECTIVE ROTORS FROM SUPPLIER & NOW IM BEING CHARGED TO REPLACE THEM !!! THIS WILL GO VIRAL ON SOCIAL MEDIA !!!

Complaint and still no call back
Got no call back and had to take my vehicle to another shop to get fixed after they had for a week cost me $130 and still counting for another shop to fix simple e brake problem on older vehicle
It should be a less than zero,,,,,,444.00 dollars for brakes replaced on a 20 year Honda,,,,NEVER , again these people will rip you to the damn core....they charged me 300
300.oo.dollars for one and a half of an hour of work...never again,,never explained what was needed..just took it apawn their selves to half way to get the money...Dealing with corporate for their incompetent issues..,,,people in Spartanburg S.C.
Leave these people alone..,,440.00,for replacing 2 breaks on a Honda..

I took my Chevy Blazer to national tire and battery to have the AC recharged or checked for leaks they lied to me said it would last a year a month later there is no AC in my truck so I take it back their AC man inspection guy same person quit so I take it to a different location said since I dropped it off it would be first in line the next morning here it is 3:00 hasn't even been looked at and they're going to charge me the same amount of money to look at my AC again after they didn't do nothing the first time you talk about being pissed off I'll never deal with national tire and battery again!

Verified Buyer |Wrong tires installed and ride customer service
I had two tires installed, I live and hour away but was visiting. I get home and notice the wrong tire has been installed.
The manager was dismissive, and at first tried to tell me they were right because the paperwork was right. " Mistakes happen just bring it back" when I showed concern for driving my car with the wrong tires he laughed and then reminded me that he already gave me a thirty dollar discount when I first came in today.
I cannot go back over there this weekend because of work, so I guess I'll be a day out of work on Monday with no compensation. It's a dirty store with *** poor customer service.

Never got an answer from customer service
Ive called 10 or more times and customer service has yet to pick up it just keeps handing up on me when all Im trying to do is figure out if I can park my car in the parking lot. Because I brought it here to get an aliment and left with it in worse shape and other parts being broke that were not broke when I brought it in
Preferred solution: To get the problem fixed that was not broke or messed up when I came here and to get a front end aliment fixed
My boyfriend was over charged
Hi my name is Sarah Derse and my boyfriend set an appointment for Saturday to get new tires. As we were setting up the $25 deposit it kept saying that his card payment was not working so he tried 6 more times.
He ended up using my card in the meanwhile he looked at his bank statement today and saw that he was charged $150 and his card payment did go through.
We called the customer service number and the first phone call was cut off and the second representative said that his money should return because the charges are pending. All we would like to do is get a refund.
The price they have on the website says the price is 76.99 then they charge 81.99 at the waxahachie location
It is too difficult to communicate with customer service, they send you to the corporate office .this is 100% bad customer service This is the worst customer service, I will never return to this place again. If it had less than 0 I would put it -5

I did a ticket over the phone Was told one price I let my daughter bring my car to them & was charged all kinds of prices that wasn’t surpose to be
I was charged a different price than what was on my ticket order & than I asked them to rotate my tires wasnt done
