I keep coming back and they can't get my tires balanced right

They need to get a new tire machine I guess they dont go to 20 inch rims thats why I keep going back to get my tires re-balanced

Extremely bad customer service resulting in lost of 2 customers

I tried two times to get tires which were ordered for my car, each time the Dunbar WV store stated it would take up to 2 hours to install 2 tires. On the 24th, I was the 2nd appt they had at 0900 am. Only one 8:30 appt was ahead of me and Tim, guy with the first appt, was still waiting for his truck to be taken back at 0925 hrs when I was finishing with the front counter guy Kyle telling him to cancel my service request, I was not going to wait over 2 hours with an appt. Tim, the first appt, left the premises too without service because the service was too slow. Ive done a lot of business with NTB but their policy of taking walk ins ahead of appts has resulted in my never returning to NTB!!!

Billing statement

I mailed sa payment of 165.00 on 1/3/22.my previous statement was 765.00.i just received my jan.statement and it's 794.00. I received my Dec statement late due to a change of address. Could u please delete the late charges for this reason.send me a statement with the correct balance. Thank you.
