Horrible service

I have reached out to the regional manager. I sent Sheri my photos and she has someone trying to source me a rim and some center caps.

I am not sure finding a new rim is an option given they have a custom offset.

I ordered these rims in 2021 so I dont recall the offset. Im not sure of the next move but I can tell you that a store voucher or credit will not suffice.

I felt very disrespected I was told I was going to get some money knocked down I was told my brakes was $340 then the tires was $340 and when I was totaled the price it was at 675 so where did your lookout I discount come at also another employee was very rude to me he said you want us to do the work for you or not for one I wouldn't still be here if I didn't want you to do the work and for two you don't talk to a customer like that this near spending $700 I don't appreciate being treated that way at all it's very hard breaking for someone to come and spend a hard-earned money just to get their car fixed and someone be disrespectful like that

The brake and tire quote, $340 each was not totaled and without tax. $680 plus 7% tax would be $728.

Your money off price when totaled was $675.

If it was totaled that included tax. It looks like they took a little over $50 off.

NTB False Reason for Repair Charge

I hope this message finds you well. I appreciate the time and effort your team puts into serving customers, and I want to acknowledge the work that goes into ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy.

I recently visited your store on 4802 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77027 for what I believed to be a routine tire issue, only to be informed that a nail was the cause and that a replacement was necessary.

Trusting your expertise, I agreed to the service. However, after continued issues with the same tire, I sought a second opinion, only to discover that the actual problem was a leaking valve stemsomething that did not require a full tire replacement.

I brought this concern to the store manager, who assured me that the nail was in a location not easily visible. Unfortunately, when I asked to inspect the tire myself, I was told it had already been discarded. While I understand that store policies may dictate tire disposal schedules, this timing has left me without any way to verify the claim.

Im sure you can appreciate how this might feel from my perspective.

Your company has built a strong reputation for customer service and trust, and Id love to continue being a satisfied customer. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund of the $105.63 would be a fair and reasonable resolution.

This gesture would reinforce my confidence in NTBs commitment to integrity and customer care.

I appreciate your time in reviewing my request and look forward to hearing your thoughts. Thank you for your attention to this matterI trust we can find a solution that reflects NTBs high standards of service.

Poor customer service. NTB purchased by Mavis, incomplete records transferred. Would not honor a service contract because the stated they have no record of it.

Daniel, the customer service person behind the desk, was very well trained in how to politely refuse to honor service contracts and place the onus of proof on the customer. He declined to provide management info or corporate info to escalate problems up the chain for faster resolution.

Horrible service

I came in for a basic wheel alignment for a car that had no issues; it was just routine because I had new tires installed. I had a 1 pm appointment, but they did not pull my car in until 2 pm.

By 3 pm, I drove off and my car was pulling hard to the left. I immediately brought my car back and they attempted to fix it again. Now, at 4 pm, my car is pulling to the right. At this point, I have to walk home to get an additional car to return to work because no one called me to let me know that my car was completed.

At 6:40 pm, I picked up the car, only to have to return the following morning because they had left my headliner filthy. I spoke to Maddy Lewis, the manager, and she claims that her employee did not do it.

I never asked for a refund, I just wanted it cleaned because I know how I gave it to them. I drive a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali and will never return.

Last week I had a flat tire. Took it to your ntb parkville md.

They pointed out that another tire needs to be replaced. A boss past me over to a young man. He was told by the boss do what you do to put order together. Question do your bosses pass the buck all the time.

So the kid write information on a piece of paper. Said he would order two tires. See him Wed last week no call to me. I show up Wed.

The kid said the tires missed delivery. I call to see about the tires ,they will be in Friday noon. I show up and the man puts the one tire on to replace the flat. He puts the car on the lot.

I ask about the second tire. The man who put the other tire on said what. I turn to the kid he says I ordered two. Maintenance man cannot find tire.

I am passed.

I get home your people do not put back my donut away just toss it in my truck. Next week when I come back I hope and pray the get there act together.

I was told I would get one amount on

my rebate I received another lesser than told and they did not put my tire lug covers back they kept them and any type on my car . I bought BMW lug covers, and put any ones they wanted on my tires ,want to go back there again. This was at NTB Baltimore , MD

Tire weights

I had four new tires put on my jeep this morning and noticed when I got home that the balance weights were put on the outside rim. Many of them are for brand new tires.

Is this normal procedure?

I think for new tires, the weights should be appropriately on the inside of the rim. It definitely is an eyesore and I believe it could have been done more professionally on the inside rather than having seven bouncing weights on the outside of the rims.

The issue hasn’t been resolved. I’ve called their customer service lines and no has responded.

I went in for a repair on a previously purchased tire from this same NTB location and was later told it couldnt be repaired (plugged). This tire wasnt quite 8 months old and it looked like a simple fix.

Yet, I was coned into buying a new tire. Low and behold, two (2) shops later, I found out it was a simple fix.

Keep in mind, I asked the clerk why the tire couldnt be plugged and his response was, a nail puncture was on the inner side on top of the tread. I feel I was ripped off because the shop just needed some business.

I've spent $1400 so far this year on brakes and they're still not right. I called; no call back.

Got 2bd opinion from dealer and was told rotors weren't changed. I need good brakes as I use my truck for my job.

!!I came into you Bowie,Md location on Tuesday Oct 8 for Thursday Oct 10 at 3:30 pm. When I arrived the assisted manager( Alonzo) could not find my reservation.

It was almost 20 minutes to relay the information I had already given to him on Tuesday. I was scheduled to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I was told that my vehicle should by ready in about two hours. I left the shop at 4pm in anticipation the vehicle would be done at 6pm.I arrived back at the location at 6:30pm and noticed my vehicle was in the same place where I left it.

I went up to the counter looking for an explanation. I was told that they were behind but it shouldn't be much longer. I spoke to several other customers and they had appointments as well.Several customers had been there since 10am and others were there since 11am and 2pm.I waited in the lounge area waiting for someone to provide updates but that never happened. Each time I had to go to the counter to find out how much longer the wait would be.

I was told on two different occasions(7pm and 7:30pm) my vehicle was next up. I was becoming very irritated and asked to speak to the manager. The manager informed me that two of the technicians went home around 5pm.This was both unprofessional and inexcusable not to share this with the customers.Around 8pm I was told by the assisted manager that he would be taking care of my vehicle personally. This was around 8pm.

By this time I am beyond frustrated and upset. I asked Alonzo how long did he anticipate my wait.He said he would get me out as soon as possible. I went back to the lounge and waited another 45 min( 8:45pm).When I walked over to the window to see where my truck was it was still on the lift. The next thing I see is that they lowered the vehicle and started to pull out of the garage.

i informed the manager that they didn't do the alignment.She noticed this and loudly said " I KNOW". I thought this was very unprofessional and uncalled for.She stopped Alonzo as he was pulling out of the garage to let him know that he still needed to do the alignment on the vehicle.Alonzo pulled back around and was trying to drive the truck back onto the lift.I witness he was having difficulty driving the vehicle back on to the lift.He attempted at least 3 times too drive it onto it but couldn't. The technician that was in the shop had to do it.This was about 9pm.The tire rotation and alignment and oil change was completed by 10pm. I spent 6.5 hours at NTB away from my family.

I did not have dinner and had to be to work at 5:30am the next day. The manager did not charge me for the oil change because the alignment was included in the 3 year service plan I purchased.My experience was beyond frustrating and unsatisfactory.The story gets better I noticed on Sunday when I went to wash my vehicle something was hanging from the front of the truck. When I bent down on the ground to see what it was . It was the entire front splash guard.

When I got underneath it I saw that several of the plastic bolts were missing and there were zip ties wrapped around the stabilizing bars.I was beyond pissed because there was nothing wrong with my splash guard until I received service from NTB on Thursday. I cant believe that they thought they could get away with this. I took several photos and will be expected this to be repaired.I find this kind of behavior a travesty. To try and hide the fact that you damaged my vehicle and hope I wouldn't notice is beyond belief.

I will call Consumer Alert the Better Business Bureau and any other organization I can think of to express my dissatisfaction.

I also want to warn other potential victims who might want to use NTB because they are a fraud and very unprofessional. I expect to be compensated not only for my time but for my damage!!!

Went to get a tire balance and tire rotation. Associate refused to honor my warranty.

I had to call corporate to have him honor my warranty. I should not have to do that.

I think I will have to buy tires somewhere else. It is sad that I have to do this, because I did business with NTB for many years and now this..

The wrong tires

I need to talk to someone I got two tires dec42024 and they but the wrong one on I told them I wanted the same one as in the front called them the one that wait on me they said he was off and today is December the 5th and they told me to call back December the 6th and he should be in but these tires is making my car run real bad on the road I needed so much noise I drive in Genesis and is making so much noise can somebody please call me number 713-235-**** or text me thank you
